Our Network

Built Over 12 Years. Independently Maintained.

Our network is the product of over a decade of relationship-building with surrogate agencies and donor banks across our core destinations. Every partner is independently reviewed and must meet strict compliance requirements to remain in the network.

How Our Network Works

We sit between intended parents and the full ecosystem of specialist providers needed for international surrogacy and donor programmes. Rather than referring families to providers and stepping away, we maintain the relationship and coordinate across every component.

Legal coordination, financial management, and clinical logistics are handled as part of every programme — not routed through separate third-party introductions.

Network Component 01

Surrogate Agencies

In each partner country, we work with licensed local surrogate agencies who are responsible for surrogate welfare, recruitment, independent screening, and legal compliance with the local regulatory framework. These agencies maintain their own rosters of pre-screened surrogates.

We do not manage individual surrogates directly — the local agency does. Our role is to coordinate the intended parent relationship with the agency, manage the programme timeline, and ensure compliance and quality at every stage.

Agency Admission Requirements

Government licensing in the operating jurisdiction
Documented surrogate screening protocol (medical, psychological, legal)
Independent legal representation for surrogates
Escrow or regulated financial management for surrogate compensation
Minimum 3 years of active surrogate programme operation
Annual compliance review by GlobalSurrogates

Surrogate Screening Standard

Every surrogate entering a programme through our network has completed: full obstetric history review, independent medical assessment, psychological evaluation by a licensed clinician, and independent legal counsel on the surrogacy agreement.

Network Component 02

Egg & Sperm Donor Banks

Our relationships with accredited egg and sperm donor banks across our core destinations give intended parents access to a donor pool that far exceeds what any individual clinic could offer. Each donor bank in our network is independently accredited in its jurisdiction and operates to internationally recognised screening standards.

Donor screening criteria, anonymity rules, and the depth of available donor information vary by country. Your coordinator will help you identify the right country and donor profile based on your requirements, legal situation, and destination.

Donor Bank Admission Requirements

Accreditation by the national health authority in the operating country
Donor screening aligned with ESHRE and international reproductive medicine guidelines
Full karyotyping and expanded genetic carrier panel for all donors
Psychological evaluation of donors by a licensed clinician
Compliance with local regulations on donor anonymity and record-keeping
Annual quality and compliance review by GlobalSurrogates
