Jennifer spent over a decade working across reproductive medicine and international patient coordination in the US and Asia before founding GlobalSurrogates in 2011. Her background gave her an early and direct understanding of how many families — particularly those from countries where surrogacy is legally unavailable — were attempting to navigate international programmes without any coherent coordination infrastructure.

The families she worked with weren't struggling with the medical process. They were struggling with the fragmentation — surrogates, donors, legal teams, financial providers, and clinical facilities spread across multiple countries, with no single accountable layer connecting them. Most were either going direct to clinics who could only offer their own programme, or relying on informal referral chains with no oversight.

GlobalSurrogates was built to be that layer — independent of any single provider, with relationships across our destinations built over more than a decade of direct programme delivery.

The Coordination Team

Every intended parent is assigned a dedicated coordinator from their first consultation through to repatriation. Our team combines backgrounds in reproductive medicine, international law, and fertility coordination.
